This is a high-level support role, designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation creative environments and understands how to anticipate needs before they are spoken.
⚠️ Important: This is not a photography position. While you will be present on sets, productions, and creative environments, your role is operational, logistical, and administrative, not creative capture.

That means recognizing what needs to happen before it becomes a problem, keeping information organized, protecting his time and attention, ensuring productions run smoothly, and creating the conditions for him to focus on photography, filmmaking, creative direction, business development, and his larger vision.
