The SHAMAYIM Masterclass is an immersive four-hour workshop designed to teach photographers how to move beyond technical skill and develop the creative authority, brand identity, and strategic thinking required to succeed in the commercial fashion industry.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your seat in a limited-capacity masterclass and directly impacts production planning, including model bookings, studio time, and overall session preparation. Once a seat is reserved, it is removed from availability, which is why deposits cannot be returned.

If you need to cancel after completing full payment, you may request to transfer your balance (excluding the deposit)to a future masterclass, provided notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the masterclass are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the rare event that the masterclass is canceled or rescheduled by SHAMAYIM Studios, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to a future date.
