SHAMAYIM Brand Expeditions are bespoke, high-end photo shoot productions set in stunning locations around the world. These productions combine SHAMAYIM’s artistic vision with a fully integrated team of professionals, including producers, casting directors, location scouts, stylists, and more, to create visually iconic campaigns tailored to your brand.

This expedition is open to:

• Fashion and portrait photographers (beginner to advanced professionals)

• Models with editorial experience

• Makeup artists, hairstylists, wardrobe stylists, and creative directors
  All participants must be 18 or older and passionate about elevating their craft and professional brand.

The expedition will be held in Ubud, Bali, from May 15–18, 2026. Ubud is known for its lush landscapes, sacred temples, artisan culture, and spiritual energy — making it the ideal setting for editorial fashion imagery and portfolio expansion.

Which airport should I fly into?

All participants should arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), also known as Denpasar International Airport.
Private transfers to the expedition villa in Ubud will be arranged for all confirmed participants.

What is included in the expedition package?

• 4 days / 3 nights luxury villa accommodation in Ubud

• Daily breakfast and dinner prepared by private chef

• Roundtrip airport transfers and daily local transportation

• Full-scale fashion productions across multiple curated locations

What kind of images will I get for my portfolio?

Each participant will leave with a curated portfolio of professionally directed, editorial-quality images created in multiple environments — including temple, jungle, luxury villa, and cultural settings.
Images will be produced under SHAMAYIM’s creative direction to ensure each participant walks away with publication-ready work.

How are the shoots organized?

Each day is designed as a professional editorial production. Teams will rotate through multiple looks, locations, and lighting scenarios to ensure everyone receives personalized shooting time and direction.
Every participant functions as part of a professional crew — creating, collaborating, and learning in real time.

Do I need a visa to enter Bali?

Most countries are eligible for Visa on Arrival (VOA) or visa-free entry for short stays. We recommend checking the most current requirements closer to departure.
All participants must have a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

How many participants will there be?

To preserve the integrity and intimacy of the experience, participation is limited to 10 creatives total — ensuring personalized attention and a cohesive artistic environment.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Due to the extensive logistics of this international production, deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made before February 1, 2026 may apply remaining funds toward a future expedition.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers unforeseen events or emergencies.
