SHAMAYIM LLC, strives to provide the best possible experience for our attendees. In order to do so, it is important that we receive timely payments.
If you are unable to make payment on time, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a payment plan or other arrangements. However, if payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the following late payment policy will apply:
A late fee of $250 will be applied to all payments received after the due date.
If the payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the attendee forfeits their placement on the expedition.
In such cases, the attendee will not receive a refund for any previous payments made towards the expedition.
